LOVE this exhaust! Fitment is a little bit of an issue and for the 1G the hangers are all wrong on the muffler lol Not a hard fix though. Just take it to your local muffler shop. I love the way it sounds and it isn't loud.

I also have another question for another rebuild kit but for a fwd 90 transmission. Can I purchase one of these at a NAPA or other local parts store?

Well I see your point in saving money for other parts he may want but why not get something good the first time ya know? I mean...there aren't too many people in the 9's but alot of people still use the slowboy setup.

I'm sorry but with most Ebay kits you get crappy couplers and no t-bolt clamps. Slowboy's route piping is NICE and it comes with 4 ply couplers and t-bolt clampsThere's a reason kits on ebay are only $300...you get what you pay for

Go with the Slowboy FMIC setup. Well worth the money. Short route piping and very heavy duty. They use a Garrett core and you can't do any better than that for the price.

Well recently we just put my brother's motor into my 1990 Laser turbo chassis. When I parked the car about 2 years ago ALL the guages worked perfectly fine. So when we went to fire up the car we noticed the tach was not moving. Reving made no difference. We do have the MAF translator setup on...
