Just bought new plugs and wires, BPR7ES gapped to about .029" to .030". Didnt fix the problem. it seems that the problem is consistent at the same rpm during back to back runs, it starts at about 4200 and ends at 5000.

Yea I think Im going to have to try that Monday or something ( tomorrow is mother's day hint hint ) I also forgot to add this important part If I go part throttle, timing advances normally and is much much quicker.

what really worries me is what happens from 3777 to 3863 where timing is wacky and rpm goes up and down
