Well the radio was working fine when I bought it. Everything is wired up, only thing is that the constant 12v wire has so power so there is an open in that circuit. Does that circuit run from the underhood fuse box straight to the radio or does it run to the inside fuse box too?

When you're doing a leak down test make sure both intake and exhaust valves are completely closed on that cylinder. Like stated above you will hear air going past the rings.

Make sure your timing marks are dead on. Also check that IAC and BISS, I'm sure they're new but that doesn't rule them.

You should be ok with those as long as you set them up properly with link. +2 on you're better off with e85.

Nice find. Also don't mess with the BISS screw until you have fixed all your boost leaks and also clean throttle body, if its too dirty it can cause low idle.

Why don't you just fix it? If all it needs is front bumper, hood and headlight those are easy to come by at junkyards. You can use that as a dd:thumb:
