Is that what u was meaning on the valve cover right?

On the valve cover mine has kind of a double ened stud with a washer and nut to tighten it down

Yeah I'm in the same boat just kinda going with the flow on mine I did do the full exhaust header back on mine

Probably valve cover gasket looks like ... I got mine today gonna try and find time to put mine on

Good deal hopefully u get it fix I hate the blue smoke it's embarrassing.. that's for sure rather be careful than careless... I killed my 4g63 in my 1g from carelessness... and lack of money

It's the cam sensor I believe that the o ring drys up and lets oil leak out around it

On the passenger side front of the cover I can see mine seeping from the cover ... just put a full exhaust on it fired it up all good for the first couple of times sat for awhile the started it and seen the dreaded blue smoke... the bolts on mine are tight but unsure if previous own reused a...

Anyone have a problem with the valve cover gasket leaking soaking the exhaust manifold / header gasket causing blue smoke?
