On my 97 GSX, I have a Compustar alarm system that was with the car when I bought the car. It worked just fine for over a year, but recently if I leave the car unlocked the alarm "beeps" and arms the alarm, but my doors are not locked. Then after about another 30 seconds it does the same thing...

That's the one other thing that was a mystery part that was already on the car when I bought it, but from pictures I looked at it looks like the b&m short throw. But then again they could all look the same:confused:Also a buddy of mine said try tightening my shift linkage? Do you guys think that...

A leak could be it because I noticed it did seem a little lower after I flushed it, so I'll check that. And yes there is a short shifter, to the previous comment.Thanks guys, keep the advice comin in!:thumb:

So I've been having some issues with my tranny for a while now and I really want to get to the bottom of it. It all started one day while driving, randomly my clutch loss all pressure and just went straight to the floor. It slowly began bringing back pressure and I checked my clutch master...

I'll be going, there's a premeet at the landing in Renton. We're leaving from the landing at 10 and going to a bigger premeet in federal way. Then from there to the actual meet. Feel free to meet up at the landing or in fed way, just no excessive revving at the landing parking garage they get...

That sounds good Kenny, I've been trying to get a hold of a boost leak tester but i havnt been able to find anyone lately:(. I may be free Sunday if that'll work, Ill get ahold of you sometime tomorrow or Sunday

So now I am getting a little but of a "supercharger" sound when i tap the pedal, but its not very noticable. What does that sound usually mean? I'm guessing wastegate?

As of right now, I dont have any plans and should be able to make it, once it comes a little closer I'll let you know for sure!
