check and make sure the bell housing and the transmission are both from a 91-94 dsm. might have been changed

Are you sure that isn't the head off of a 4g61? the 4g61 was the DOHC 1.6 liter in the 89-92 MIRAGE . Im not completely positive but it's an idea why your head says 1.6
