Im gonna try to make it new ecu gets here thursday cost me $145 to have the whole top and middle portion of the board replaced from ECMTuning. Car should running like a beast.
looked at the ecu super close two traces are scratched pretty bad, inbetween the capasitors, i think this is my problem. new ecu is coming in 2-3 days, the whole problem started when i switched ecu's, so i rulled out ignition or fuel pump rewire, maybe they got scrathed when replacing the caps.
No the relay lets go as soon as I unplug the ECU, and yes I have a multimeter and know how to us it. Hopefully the ECU I get soon will solve things Im not ruling the ECU out just yet till i get this other one and if it is the ecu ill just have to send it to ECMtuning to get it fixing.

Jeff is the one who made the chip and yes the MAFT is set for 450's so the ecu can do its job, but i have the MAFT set to emulate 2g mas, and it runs just fine.When I go to log this what should i be looking for to tell what the problem is.
