Well I figured out that the pcv valve was no good so I replaced that with a new oem piece, but I'm still getting a little air in the valve cover even if I plug the pcv hose coming from the intake. Any other ideas what it might be? Thanks.

Alright, I finally figured out the my sim and my injector rings had a leak, replace the manifold gasket and the injector rings so that fixed that leak. Now the question should I be leaking out of the oil cap? Should the leak test be done with the engine at operating temp or could it be cold?
