Thread revival
Same problem but I noticed the bolt won't tighten so what can I do. All bolts are thre there's just a couple that I try to tighten them and they just keep,spinning and the exhaust leak is annoying. Any input will help thank you.

Yra i think it might of rotted the car car hasnt ran since june last year i barely started it a couple days ago and the trans was sitting for a while
Alright so i swapped the engine on my 97 gsx auto and found a nasty transmission leak coming from inside the trans i unbolted the torque converter bolts and pressed in the torque converter i felt it move slightly inward. Could it be the torque converter isn't in all the way? I bolt the torque...
95-96 models you do have to remove the intake sproket and its pretty straight forward when you mount it. I would double check it. I had the same problem on my 95 gst and the sensor was broken because it was loose.
