why would it do it and not do it while driving? lets say i drive it for 20 minutes and the whole time it slips from 2nd to 3rd. Then all of a sudden it doesnt do it the next 20 minutes. this is all stop and go driving also. this is just an example of how it is sometimes. Thats a clutch or band?

fliud is full. new fliud was put in about 10k miles ago when the pan gasket was changed and new filter installed. Its still clean and smells normal 10k miles later. If the clutch in the tranny was whore out, wouldnt it slip all the time not just 1 day and not the next or shift perfect and then...

It died again on her this morning. Its been straight for about 2 days then this morning she said it died while driving and took forever to get started back up. She brings it over to my house and theres nothing showing up, no cel , no dieing, no issues. I drive it around for a good while...

Still as of today no codes have shown up, But im still going to go by what my ecu told me when i hooked it up which was code 43.

I did the exact same thing a few days ago.. took a nice chunk out of the pulley. Then i finaly gave in and went and got the chrysler puller and it pulled right off. Oh well, it just gave me a excuse to get the lightened crank pulley from howell which arrived today.:D
