Here ya go! I searched for 16" center caps.

Wal-Mart broke one of my center caps being stupid so I made them buy me another and the clip came with the new cap in that instance.
I would double check the application for these before ordering.

Heavy duty paper clip is also the same diameter.

Dude what the heck ive tried pulling the numbers and they were like non existent LOL I have the caps just need the rings thanks a ton!!!
