So I'm a bit late on this one getting a post out but don't think it's because I'm not thankful because I truly am! a lot has been done and developed in 2024! So many 1G parts mostly and still lots more to do.

So with that, I wish to showcase some of what 2025 will bring us! and you can see where I am looking to head while I look into BOTH OEM and aftermarket parts sector.

I don't know the BEST way to do this but I will list the main ones and then just add a lot of pictures for your viewing pleasure as I'm sure pictures speak a lot more than words will haha

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2025 parts

EVO.

* Rear billet and stainless backing plates (multiple rotor sizes)
These are not currently discontinued but it won't be long! With that being said I decided to make these as a replacement now. These will feature all replaceable parts in billet alloy and stainless. the shields are bolt-on and will work with OEM sizes and also upgraded sizes so NO ONE will ever need to worry about not having backing shields again! plus the anodized aluminum will last a lot longer than the stock steel units ever will!

* Tensioner arms. While on my quest for the DSM tensioner arms, I made these also just for good measure.

* Dual master cylinder kits will be worked on (currently have one being fitted and worked out right now)

* Various suspension arms. With the release of the rear LCA's I was working on everything else for the EVO and if I have time will look to produce these also

**************************************

DSM parts

1G.

* The chassis trim clips were all completed this year in development and testing. a lot of adjustments and sending new samples out to confirm meant it took a lot of time but thankfully between me and the member helping me we got this all sorted finally and each clip is now exact and works as planned/designed! (these will be injection molded for ultimate reproduction quality) so this will be the BIGGEST Group buy going! but will be long-lasting and of the highest quality for you.

* Stainless license plate bracket, We know these go bad and rot out. what better way than to use stainless to fight such a cause.

* short shifter, With the finished 2G shifter complete the 1G will NOT be forgotten about and will feature the correct shifting stopper to not overshift and damage the transmission. Since nothing is available this will be certain to help many people along the way with a nice shifting setup

* 6 bolt timing tensioner arms. Fully replaceable bushes, stronger material, and heat are treaded on the pin surface to prevent pin wear.

* IPS switch. While working on my 1G and my friends I realised these are impossible to find good so I'm going to design these and have made a small start on them now. will work them as best as I can to allow them to open for cleaning and any parts may wear be replaceable.

* 1G stainless upper radiator brackets/TPU bush. These will be my OEM+ design of sleek and as OEM looking using the dual bolt design. This will fight corrosion as its now stainless inc hardware and the TPU bush will be like my OEM bracket bushes but shorter in height, all fully replaceable should they ever be needed.
(Note that pic shown is just for hole checking)

There are some other bits in the works but nothing I can share yet or have good pics for you.

-------------------------------:dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm::dsm:

2G.

* Tensioner arms. These will be both in 7 bolt and also 6 bolt in a 2G type while allowing full clearance for the correct parts to be used INC the 2G engine mount bracket! This required ZERO modification to the bracket or welding/hold drilling. it is designed to allow the long adjuster to mount nicely.

* OEM oil jets with springs (exactly the same as OEM offers) With the completion of the 7-bolt oil jet block offs the people using the jets still will suffer so I will have replacements available for BOTH build types in 2025!

* Billet Front lower control arms. I have been asked for more suspension parts for some time now and I have worked on them on/off for a bit but this year I finally got them complete. These will feature all new shafts and spherical bearings which are replaceable. adjustments ON the chassis is also possible via the double adjuster nut for ease and to match the Billet front upper arms produced for ease of setting up. of course, these will be Anodized for corrosion protection and looks.

* Billet Rear lower and trailing arms. These will feature rodends but will be set up prior to fitting as adding on chassis adjustments gained bulk and weight here so I kept these simple and less weight, The droplink is very custom and will allow you to opt for any of the 3 holes to help stiffen or weaken the anti-roll bar further and allows proper height adjustment for setup of the ARB correctly.

* Billet rear upper control arms. Along the new Billet path These were going to be done also, same features are the front billet upper arms they will use on car adjustment shafts to make life a lot easier when setting up. following the NEW design of the billet parts, these will allow a huge range of adjustments with the outer joint allowing a jump in setups as well as the inner brackets using finer roll center holes for again a much finer precision setup for everyone!

* Rear backing plates (billet/stainless) As I have worked on the EVO rear plates I also thought to work on the DSM versions also, AWD first, and then FWD if it's required or needed! on the DSM version, they will come with the mounting bracket for the calipers also as ours in a 2 piece design due to our knuckle design lacking caliper mounting ears on. the shields again will also be multi-sized allowing upgraded rear rotors to be protected and follow suit to my already offerings of rotor shields (yes in stainless no less!)

* Short shifter. I always see people wanting a B&M shifter and they are hard to find and more costly as time goes on and simply the cheaper stuff just lacks quality and a notchy feel. So I had a member send me a REAL B&M to mock from and along the way made tweaks to better it further. These will use replaceable bushed for the main shaft and it's also wider allowing a stronger setup and eliminating the slop even B&M has in the roller bearing design. the main allow housing is also tighter on the lip as it mounts also removing excess forward/back movement. Its threaded adaptor shaft is OEM sized and I will be offering TWO shifter knobs (CNC machined Nylon for strength and also wide temp range) or you can use your own shifter going. the adjuster shaft is removable and you can make any thread combo you wish if you have a special shifter you like to use!

Thats the bulk for the 2G. I do have more parts in progress. BOTH OEM replacement parts and aftermarket.
I am working on more and more OEM parts for the chassis as we need them and without them will suffer long term so I am doing my best to work on these for us!

+++ universal 1G - 2G - Evo parts +++

This will include

* FIAV blockoff and bypass plates to my design)

* BISS screw kits (billet aluminum and anodized) Since the plastics suck and metal is no longer an option. mine will feature a hex on top of a longer-lasting adjustment part using a deep-type socket. will come complete with a Viton O ring and Rubber cap for a lifetime of happiness :hellyeah:.

Thank you for your support in 24 and look forward to a great exciting year in 25 with a lot of changes and progression!

ANY questions or thoughts please do ask and I can answer them for you

Thank you and have a WONDERFUL Christmas and New years!!!

Can’t wait for a great short shifter to become available for the 2g. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hopefully those get produced earlier in 2025 😉. Thank you!

Definetly looking forward to the 1g shifter 🤘🏼
Love to see this! Any idea what pricing is going to look like on the 2G LCA's?

Not yet no. I have guides but its only at the time of developing, as it comes closer to it i will get upto date prices. I can go back over my notes and let you know a rough price
when do you think the body panel clips will be ready to ship?
TuskeeTuner
Still wondering if you can build a clutch pedal with a spline shaft setup. Some of us don't own tig welders or want to make that type of repair.

@TuskeeTuner I know you asked on this before some time ago. Anything with splines tend to get quite expensive due to the process involved. Nothings impossible if the backing for such an item is there. Of course one off's are doable but costly.

You have a point - there may not be much demand. Maybe the guys still running manuals and PPG gearboxes might be curious? It's just next to impossible to get the OEM clutch lever/rod end to live long with anything much stiffer than an ACT 2100.

Oh, and message me when the 1G stainless steel upper radiator brackets are ready. I'd like to have a set.:thumb:
