Up for sale is a freshly-rebuilt, zero mile Billet TD05H 18G Turbocharger. This turbo began life as a standard MHI Big 16G which the owner was initially looking for a modest upgrade but changed their mind and decided to keep the car closer to stock.

Turbine housing is a ported 7cm2 "standard" (D2 casting) housing. There is a small crack above the wastegate flapper which is basically found on every D2 housing in existence at this point and will not effect performance. No stripped holes or broken bolts anywhere on the turbo. The compressor is a billet KTS D541 18G extended-tip drop-in replacement wheel, and the turbine has been clipped 18 degrees to handle the additional compressor flow. Compressor specs are 50.4/68/72.5mm, making this unit *comparable* to a V1 68HTA. Quality construction at an affordable price from a trustworthy and experienced turbo builder.

Proper oil supply and drainage is crucial. This turbo must be supplied with no more than 50psi of oil pressure under load or you risk causing oil-related damage to the turbo. Use of a braided stainless filter housing feed with a .070" restrictor is highly recommended....do NOT feed this turbo unrestricted from the filter housing or you risk causing an oil-related failure for which I will not accept responsibility. The oil drain must be as straight as possible, have no kinks, and must not dip below the fitting on the oil pan at any point.

The price is just $650 SHIPPED for this turbo to the lower 48 states only- I cannot ship to Canada or Internationally. Should you prefer a high-pressure wastegate actuator in place of the OEM MHI actuator, add $35 to the total.
