Hello all and welcome to the first ever post about future products I plan to release during 2023. Here I can mention some of the items, discuss with you about those items and try give a brief summery of the items and of course what it all includes. Please feel free to leave a comment for others to see or you can also pm if you wish to discuss
Hopefully this helps get you excited for some goodies and shed some light on products are going for this chassis! I'm always working to build up new parts for us and now I'm starting to look into OEM parts also I hope I can get some critical items for us.
While I know prices will be asked about I cannot be accurate enough to be exact at this time BUT I can certainly try give some kind of estimate on them If I have that info to give. If I put a TBC then Its because I just don't have enough info to fully price it up currently as some parts are still being worked on the final details/parts and material for some parts are needing to be looked into.
This coming year I'm trying to branch out a bit more for us as a community. I'm wanting to start looking more in to some OEM items and to remanufacture some parts but also update them to a modern spec, the result here is to not only make them last longer BUT also make it cheaper later on for things that use a bush or replacement part that wears all this means you in the end save money and time.
I will keep trying to add over time but for now let me detail what I wish to release in 2023 to you all!
I might consider an active list set / thread on each item to keep track easier of those interested so when I'm due to get to them, then I can easily post in that thread and follow up the interested members.
ONTO THE ITEMS!!!
#1. TUBULAR FRONT UPPER ARMS 2G (Round 2). Now BILLET! ( In progress )
Will look to cover a pre order of no less then 25 for these to proceed.

Now I know these are very much wanted and I have been asked countless times now since the first batch!!! so during 2023 ( possibly summer time ) I will make another batch of these.

#2. STAINLESS STEEL FUEL FILLER NECKS 1G - 2G.

ever since I made 1 of each I have had a good request for these due to the oem ones rotting away. you can now only buy a pattern part of the 99 with canister attched and its also expensive for something thats likely to rot out AGAIN! with the stainless ones you wont have to ever worry about that and will last you the life of the entire car and then some!!!
I re modeled the caps to my liking and design during 2022. These filler necks will feature vented caps with a shut off ball on both versions.
I have 20 caps pre made so will just make to suit numbers of 1G and 2G orders
1G will come with 1 10AN male welded on just under the mounting plate for use for the tank breather for filling / air flow here you can finish it to your requirements and what you like to use for lines or hoses from braided to push on hose and barb fittings. you will use the gates or OEM type of rubber 90degree hose still to connect to tank as per normal.

2G will come with 2 10AN males welded on, these can be for use with aftermarket tanks if installed or just 1 for OEM and cap the other. you can use an AN reducer if required to step down to an 8AN. you can adjust to suit your requirements of your car and setup.
* This will come with a replacement flexi fuel fillet pipe for the FACTORY tank thats cost effective and works well with flexing around things easier.
* The outlet side of this 2G version is also angled up more as the owner of this had a volk rear frame and had clashing issues with the stock neck so this is just a precaution to work around that much easier.

#3. OEM REPLACEMENT TENSIONER ARMS.
So with OEM parts getting old / discontinued and the issues of worn bushes and arms getting indents from age from the tensioner pin I thought I would offer up both 6 bolt and 7 bolt arms. Now doing a 6 bolt swap in a 2G hybrid and Evo arm also while im at it.
* Steel used here will be a hardened steel so will be better at lasting many more cycles on the tensioner pin.
both will still feature the OEM placements for the pin tool for doing timing jobs and threads for the pully so those wont get changed.
6 bolt hybrids will now be able to use the 7 bolt threaded tool for resetting the tensioner pin again meaning its now more of a complete setup without issues for the swap

#4. 2G REAR SHOCK PINS ( completed and in stock )
These tend to rust away and I see a lot of times where the internal bolt snaps! this is not good and replacements are not available in singles so you got to buy a new knuckle or find some nice person who can actually remove it easily and that can be tough at time also!
These will be to my specs for a longer lasting item and no fear of ever jamming a bolt internally again!
* The shaft will be EN24T for strength, (original plan was for SS duplex but that became to expensive when starting to make the part so I opted for EN24T since I already use it in all high strength areas anyway and with the hybrid coating rust still wont be an issue on these. EN24T shot up in price also but no way near as much as the duplex SS did! it happened right after an issue in Ukraine so somehow it affected the pricing of the duplex!
* Will come with the back side with external threads, will come with a stainless washer for the shock as OEM and a zinc Nyloc nut.

#5. DUAL MASTER CYLINDERS WITH BIAS CONTROL! ( OEM booster location )
This is going to be a great kit for those wishing to have full control over the entire braking system of the car F to R. This will fit exactly where the stock booster would go so makes this a manual brake system now. retains the stock pedal.
* Full bolt on kit!
* Billet Alloy construction for weight and anodized for a nice finish and corrosion resistance.
* Wilwood master cylinders ( multiple piston sizes for pedal feel and brake caliper sizes )
* Bias bar with adjuster knob for the cabin for the driver to adjust on the fly
* FULL replacement front line kit in various colors from Res fluid chambers all the way to the front calipers!
* Rear lines stay stock but will come with a T to plumb into.
* res fluid pots can come in a few colors to suit your color scheme in the bay.
NOTE, Those that wish to do a rear line kit I can also supply that for you BUT you must measure your lines for your placement and then work out if your going to run an inline rear prop valve. it will be made to your exact details so has to be pretty accurate. Normally its 1 line back and then a T by the rear to make life alot easier.
Designed for the 2G currently but will make a shaft from the pedal to the unit for the 1G to be the correct length as well as lines! so willing to work with someone on this 1G version!

#6. 2G DRIP RAIL MOLDING
For some time now I have looked lightly into a few ways to solve this. I now got a much more ideal way and its quite cost effective. this is still in development but the plan should alter very little.
The plan is to replicate the black part ONLY and have you clean your old one up removing most of the surface and then this one will simply glue on in place! working on the material im hoping to make it of a nicer longer lasting material thats rubber based and wont dry up or fade like the oem ones did. this will bring them back to a nice finish for years to come.

#7. 2G REAR BRAKE KITS
With the release of the fronts in multiple options ( 320mm, 350mm and 2 piece rotors up to 360mm ) I have been working on the rears for a few options for us also. Some bits are more ready then other bits.
* Similar to the fronts you will have road or race options. Also a Brembo rear alternative for the 2G owners. EVO Compatible now as confirmed on an EVO chassis!
* 4 piston caliper
* many pad compounds still just like the fronts
* 3 rotor options to choose from... See below
option 1
* fits stock Evo 300mm rotors, retains the handbrake setup
option 2
Fits Evo X 330mm rotors, Removes the use of the OEM handbrake due to shoes not fitting now but you can use a hydraulic handbrake or staging brake using fluid, or race car and save weight by having NO hand brake at all!
option 3
* 2 piece rotors also still an option for more weight savings in 340mm can can come in both fixed or floating form. Bells will be alloy and can come with or without the shoe fitment ( shoes cannot be used while moving or will damage the alloy bell )
1G rears will be worked on to to see if I can get a caliper to match the fronts thats a bolt on and retain an E brake system!!!
