I am unfortunately selling my 1996 eclipse gsx w/160k miles and has the LSD in the rear. I am the second owner and have owned it just long enough to love it, but I will be moving across the country, need the money, and most likely wont have the space for it. It has always been in the garage since I received it almost 3 years ago from a member of DSMtuners. He had purchased the car new in 96 in California where it spent most of its life until he brought it up north to PA (don't worry I know what you're thinking), but the little bits of rust under the car are primarily cosmetic. I checked cross member welds and frame structures for pitting or severe scaling as well as strut towers, so its structurally sound. This car was built by RRE in 2010 so the performance modifications are far from new, but they still perform very well. Below, I will list these mods as well as maintenance items since I bought the car and the few cons...
Mods:
Tuned with 17psi but has preloaded 24 psi tune ready
16g turbo ported and polished
Walbro fuel pump wit 550cc injectors
STM tuned fuel filter and fuel rail delivery line
Wideband O2/EGT probe
Apexi AFC
RRE Side mount intercooler
Aluminum radiator
K&N Cold Air Intake
Apexi N1 turbo-back exhaust
JIC Magic Adjustable Racing Coilovers (Lowered about 1.5")
Greddy Type RS BOV
Greddy Boost controller
StopTech BBK (First Gen) with stainless lines
RRE front and back Strut Tower Bars
2ga -- > 2gb facelift w/ 3g chrome emblem (Still have original bumper and headlights in great working order) and new chrome Mitsubishi bumper cover hardware
Enkei evo 8 AND Evo 9 wheels (included at firm price)
Windows tinted with ceramic coated tint to 15% (not legal in most states)

GOOD:
NO CEL
Well maintained (see below) with all the records of service before me, Professionally tuned and engine is very healthy, Sunroof works, window motors work, hatch stays up, seat motors work, no belt squeals, no engine/tranny leaks, tires on one set of wheels are like 70% tread still, A/c works at like 50% of what it would if truly serviced but it works better with the tinting, Cruise control works, no gear grinding or popping out, always had fresh fully synthetic oil, never been in a collision, just than some normal body damage over 25 years. Driven weekly to work about 50 miles away so she doesn't just sit around. Tons of fun to drive and makes about 25 mpg on 93 octane if you want it to.

BAD
Power steering works but it LEAKS like you bet it couldn't. Doesn't squeal so I believe the pump is fine, but the car pees powersteering every time you drive it. People normally delete this anyway, but I was waiting for it to finally give out.
Has Lojack bs in it still and you have to hold a button down under the dash to start the car every time (not hard just annoying)
Rebuilt starter works but its sluggish
The Interior is a little rough on the drivers seat and the headliner has some stains. The headliner on the actual sunroof is practically toast, but I've been quoted a couple hundred bucks to repair that if you care.
Radio doesn't work, I have the code to unlock it but its basically just a clock at this point. Been this way since I got it but I assure you the only music you'll need for now is the Stututus from the BOV ;D
Just standard old car stuff... etc...

Now for the real DSM stuff (maintenance):
11k ish miles ago: new spark plugs and wires(NGK)

9k ish miles ago: Timing belt (gates timing kit with hydraulic tensioner replacement), Water pump w/ O-ring (also gates), Valve Cover gasket w/ halfmoon, front end cam seals, front crank seal, Crank position sensor with striker plate. All accessory belts(Harmonic balancer was in fantastic shape at this point so I never replaced) all adjusted per service manual meticulously. Flushed Coolant. Replaced 13" rotors on the front with stoptech slotted rotors and installed new Hawk Brake pads. Rear brake assembly got new rotors calipers and pads (OEM size since the BBK is designed to be with oem in the rear). Bled brake lines and clutch lines and filled with Mitsubishi brand fluids from STM tuned. Motor mounts (OEM)

4k ish miles ago: Replaced All driveline fluids (Transmission, transfer case, and rear diff) with the recommended weighted oils from STM tuned and replaced the magnetic drain plugs. Replaced the alternator with a used one from another eclipse (measures plenty of voltage at the battery) and got the starter rebuilt. NEW PAINT JOB done by a guy here in Alabama on a budget so it could use some cutting and buffing but its quality paint and application.

Miscellaneous: New battery last week. New gear shifter from Mitsubishi, New side skirt clips with a few extra, fog lights and painted bezels included but not installed, New spark plug cover (OEM), service manual for electrical and mechanical service and Chilton manual included.

I live in Alabama and can drive the car within reason to meet, but the price is pretty firm given the extras included and the general rarity of this platform these days. This is a solid car and is perfect for someone that wants to continue saving these cars from extinction. I am sure I'm forgetting some small details, but Call or text whenever: 256-490-5274.
