1992 eagle talon tsi AWD 5 speed semi-built partout. Moving on from this particular toy, had it for almost 17 years, got a lot of other projects I'm wanting to do and hate to see it sit. Runs/drives etc, no issue other than ugly and no real interior left besides dash and front seats.
Body has 185k
Most of the cars major parts have 20k on them since I originally got the car, a lot of stuff has been added within the last 8-10k or less.
Engine:
Refreshed 6-bolt 2.0 w/ ~20k on it. Hyundai 1.8 head (more compression), stock turbo cams. ARP head studs, BSE. New oil pump, water pump and timing set w/ ~1k on it, Evo 9 belt and OEM tensioner. Stock I/M ported to accept S90 74mm TB. Stock exhaust manifold with ported collector. Cylinder 1-4 Cold compression test: 149, 148, 143, 151psi; Hot compression test: 151, 156, 150, 158psi. Legit S16G with billet-extended tip compressor, ported 8cm eBay turbine housing. Brand new black top CAS. Newer alternator. Poly motor mounts. FIC 1000CC low-Z injectors, fuelab AFPR (gauge is inop, have another IIRC), Aeromotive 340LPH stealth pump, rewired fuel pump circuit. Fluidyne race radiator, Samco silicone radiator and heater hoses. Milled HD AER valve cover with dual sealed catch can system, -10AN ports. Fluidampr balancer.
Transmission & drivetrain:
90HD trans, welded center diff. Stock resurfaced flywheel, FX carbon/kevlar clutch (cheap, but has worked for me, always considered it temporary). Skate bearing shifter bushings on trans side, Symborksi shifter base bushing and stock bushing rebuild with weighted DC shift knob. Newer master/slave cylinder with braided SS clutch line. Have new front axles as DS CV tore a boot recently. Stock t-case, rebuilt stock driveshaft. MT90 w/lightweight shockproof always in trans, heavyweight shockproof in t-case. LSD 4-bolt rear, MT90 & heavyweight shockproof in it always.
Brakes and suspension:
Outlander big-brake upgrade with slotted/drilled rotors, 3g brake master/booster combo. Braided SS brake lines on all 4 corners. Tein S-tech springs and KYB GR2 struts (~1k mi). Flyin' Miata de-powered steering rack, new inner/router tie rods, newer ball joints etc. aluminum strut bars front and rear. Trailing arms w/ Volk rear active toe eliminators. Fresh wheels bearings w/ 20k mi. front & rear. Engalls rear camber arms.
Power and electronics:
ECMLink V3, e-prom converted ECU, mild tune (275-300hp est.) Innovate dual-functions gauges (AFR/boost & shift light/oil pressure & temp). Innovate wide band sensor. GM 3" MAF, IAT & 4 BAR Omni MAP sensor, ECMLink maf adapter cable with ethanol sensor pigtail (have sensor, not installed). Also have a first gen, BNIB never used PiLink data logger, never got around to installing it.
Custom W2A intercooler system, 2.5 gal reservoir, -16AN lines, Jabsco pump, dual pass heat exchanger with dual 10" fans. Synapse synchronic BOV (recirculated).
A lot more im probably forgetting, check picture and ask, I have a lot of other DSM parts stock as well. Building price list daily, I'll update it as I can and when things sell. Not interested in selling the whole car particularly. Chassis/shell will be for sale once done, rebuilt title in my name.
