I have been working on rebuilding this car for a few years now, have spent countless hours and dollars rebuilding the motor, sourcing and installing parts but unfortunately right now I’m at a crossroads with my finances and am forced to contemplate selling the project off before I’m quite finished. It is however VERY VERY close to being done. I work 50 hours a week and have to make time usually late at night to work on it.
1990 eagle talon tsi awd, rebuilt Ca title, non op. Haven’t transferred it into my name but can do that before sale if requested. JE 8:5:1 85.5mm pistons
Manley H beam rods arp rod bolts,
ACL tri metal rod and main bearings,
Brand new oil pan, balance shaft, BS bearings,
ARP head studs main Studs, rod bolts.
Refreshed Stock 6 bolt cylinder head
Arp cam bolts, crank bolt, brand new water pump oil pump timing belt, almost every bolt on the entire engine is a brand new sourced OEM bolt, all new accessories, oem alternator, ps pump, AC deleted, oem intake manifold, new Cometic full gasket set with oem MLS headgasket, new intake manifold and exhaust manifold studs. Brand new ACT Xtreme clutch with Act streetlite flywheel ARP flywheel bolts, new oem throwout bearing, forged clutch fork, brand new oem slave and master cyl, braided stainless clutch lines and brake lines, brand new oem clutch pressure plate bolts, brand new starter plate, fresh axle seals input shaft seals etc, oem used everywhere possible, brand new bolt kits used everywhere possible from STM or Extremepsi. I Have oem exhaust manifold and a eBay t3 cast manifold, oem 14b turbo in great shape or T3 garret to4e 57trim, turbo back 3” exhaust, injen style turbo inlet, ets heavy duty Short route FMIC piping with VRSF big FMIC, brand new, Radium fuel rail with pulse dampener, radium DMAFPR, radium fuel pressure gauge, DW brand new, 1200cc injectors, 8AN feed 6AN return lines, BWR stock location 10G fuel cell, with stock fuel hanger, DW 255lph pump in tank, aem 340lph inline electric pump, new axle nuts and washers, new reverse switch in box still, new speedo gear in box still, new driveshaft slip yoke on box still,
never used HALTECH elite 2000 with brand new PNP haltech harness adapter, I sourced a decent 91 harness and went through it and reloomed it and converted the body side stuff to work on the 90 chassis but everything else is 91. Tons of stuff I’m forgetting have receipts for litteraly everything tons of spare and extra parts laying around. The only thing I have left to do at this point is plumbing the AN lines to the Fuel cell, wiring new O2 sensor pigtail, and new thermostat pig tail. I am so close to having this thing running but it would still need to be fine tuned. If you have any questions about anything let me know. Feel free to make offers. Car is pretty dang clean minus a couple small dings, black front bumper, and small crack in rear bumper. Interior is VERY clean.
