I have the opportunity to purchase a car that I have had my eyes on for YEARS and need to sell my project for a down payment.
1990 chassis purchased from ca car rebuilt title. Non op.
Recently moved and misplaced the paperwork I have, will fill out a lost title and transfer paperwork.
Chassis is really clean no rust, one small dent/ding on ps rear qtr.
So many new parts and sourced used parts I’m probably going to leave tons of stuff out just ask any questions.
interior is clean missing a few of the trunk liner plastics. Seats dash carpet all great condition.
1991 engine harness conversion, 91 dsmlink v3,
Rebuilt and rerouted the engine harness with braided loom replaced tons of old connectors.
6 bolt short block FRESHLY REBUILT 0 miles,
JE 8;5:1 pistons bored .20 over Manley h beams arp rod bolts, arp head studs, Cometic headgasket and full gasket set, rebuilt 1g cylinder head using evo valves and springs, stock cams, brand new timing belt kit water pump oil pump and ALL HARDWARE and tensioners, arp cam gear bolts, arp crank bolt, new balance shaft and belt, everything set and timed properly, new oil pan.
Powder coated illusion purple Casper clear Hyundai valve cover, 10 an breather, no baffles.
Act extreme clutch kit and flywheel kit arp flywheel bolts, comp forged clutch fork and pivot ball.
Oem intake manifold and exhaust manifold, oem turbo, plus a freshly rebuilt 20g td05h billet clipped wheel from JW; as well as a garret to4e 57 trim t3 and a cast t3 manifold. Unknown cat less exhaust, new plugs and wires, radium fuel rail 8an feed to 6an return, Radium direct mount adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Radium fuel pressure gauge, radium injected pulse dampener, fuel lab Fuel filter, JMF style (BWR) stock location 10G fuel cell, DW 255lph in tank fuel pump, hanger converted to 8AN.
Stock radiator with - heavy duty dual electric fan/shroud.
Vrsf front mount intercooler
Have a pipe for stock bov or stainless pipes for 50mm tial v band.
recirc tial 38mm External wastegate and unknown o2 housing,
New transfer case seals, trans axle seals etc,
Probably missing tons parts and stuff have a lot of other things too.
Non abs with braided front brake lines, new slave cylinder with braided line, have a brand new oem master cyl, and a few other parts that may or may not be necessary to replace. New non cruise throttle cable.
I have been working on rebuilding this car from a rolling shell for about 3 years now and am nearly finished. I have receipts for almost everything that I purchased new including the short block machine work. I have spent over $1200 on OEM nuts and bolts alone Everything is installed on the car besides the extreme psi push lock turbo oil drain I just received. I have not done first start yet, I have not put coolant, trans fluid, transfer case, and done the full oil fill yet. I still have to install the DS axle from the haft shaft. Grounding kit, finish the fuel pump rewire and was going to re-wire the alternator harness (just due to it not looking great)
Only thing I know the car is going to need eventually is front wheel bearings brake pads and rotors. (Was planning on the CTSV kit)
am getting ready for first start here shortly but haven’t had much time. May possibly be willing to work something out to get it running first but will still need a good tune,
$7k as is unfinished as it sits. Have everything you need to get it finished, there really isn’t much left to do at all. Lots of spare parts and random things.
