I am been trying to figure out what pump or pulley this sound is coming from.
I seem to can not figure out this sound at all.

I seems like it’s coming from timing area but my a/c doesn’t work. The A/C tensioner pulley comes to mind. That's an easy one to remove and inspect.
How old are your timing/BS belt pulleys?
I see the AC belt moving in your video. Doesn't mean AC is functional, but nonetheless it's still an easy check. Loosen the AC tensioner pulley so the belt moves freely. Start the engine and see if your noise is gone.I seems like it’s coming from timing area but my a/c doesn’t work.
