regardless, what is the fascination with these type things. The stock parts work excelent, are compact, and easy to remove and plug the extra ports. This looks like a nightmare of adapters on adapters adapters..
For me this was visually more appealing 🤷🏽‍♂️ Did not like how the stock unit looked even with a bunch plugged off.

Last piece from frontline fab came in. Thought I had a gasket but cannot find it anywhere so guess I’ll need to order that now.

Going to run push connect hose to my coolant reservoir and mount it In The rear of the car.

I’m liking how that chase bays piece routes it, I’d just keep an eye on the Mishimoto cap. I’ve seen more than one instance where those Mishimoto caps don’t hold the pressure they’re rated to, in all cases they were switched to an 8 dollar hollar Motorad job from the parts store that held no problem.

We’ve had one on the wife’s Genesis coupe for a couple years now and it’s done well on there. Worst case I order the chase bays cap LOL

Little work done today before it started raining .

Got all my fittings for my new coolant reservoir. And a simple bracket made up to mount it under the back of the car

Also picked this stm cas cover since the old one looked rough LOL. Kind of thinking about having a sticker made for the center so make it my own

Rain has stopped me from making any more progress at the moment.

If it’s started raining in your neck of the woods then I give it another hour before it’s wet and miserable up here in shootout country. I feel your pain I’d rather be getting the last of my outside work done today.

Yea I still have a lot to do LOL came in and decided to organize both harnesses. That was pleasant

What all am I looking at? Is that a thermostat housing and reservoir all-in-one? Where did you get the adaptor for the head? Looks cool.

Got the line I need to run from the fill neck to the back of the car from a good buddy of mine.

I’m off next week for thanksgiving so I’m gonna try to get out and get some stuff done. Still have to get the crank trigger installed and wires laid out where they’re gonna sit so I can get the harness laid out in the car and finally start wiring this thing back up.

Update time:

Took all this week off for thanksgiving. Figured I’d use this free time to get some stuff done to the car.

Timing tide needed taken apart so I could get the kiggly crank trigger installed.

Next I need to get my oil combo sensor put in and then it’ll be time to get everything wired up.

Be on the lookout for that update coming soon

Pulled the cas housing off so I can get some rtv on the back and seal it up.

Hoping the decent weather holds out so I can start running wires.

Cop plate tossed on too

Also put the coils on while I was here. You can definitely see the purple tone in this color so much better in natural lighting.

Also took a couple current engine bay shots.

I also decided I needed a couple more tools to get the wiring job done a little better so got them ordered.

My nitrous pressure gauge started leaking fluid out of it so decided to just tie nitrous pressure into the fueltech as well.

I’m also currently deciding if I’m going to add another sensor to monitor converter slip while I’m at it.

Buddy of mine got me an antilag racing freeze plug retainer for Christmas
