We just call it the Viking beerLol you noticed? Wife found it a few years ago. Pretty good actually.
Thanks, its really about removing stuff rather than adding it. Here's a list of stuff that's not there anymore. AC, evap and emissions, crusie control, vacuum line delete, battery relocation, fuse box relocation and a harness tuck as much as I can with a unmodified harness. Toss is some colored hoses and a painted valve cover, there you have it. I have plans to do an abs delete and maybe buy a tucked harness in the future.it never ceases to amaze me in that my engine compartment looks NOTHING like this! Its dirty and stock. HAHA. Very impressive work.
Amazing piece of work! I only hope my paintbrush is half as good. Finally have the car all put together and gave her a wash! Hope do some tuning next weekend. You must be logged in to view this image or video. You must be logged in to view this image or video.
I may lean on you with some questions in the future as to how to achieve a couple of those items if willing…Thanks, its really about removing stuff rather than adding it. Oh course! I'm still learning and making mistakes every day but I do love these cars.I made lean on you with some questions in the future as to how to achieve a couple of those items if willing…
Thanks and Likewise, just wish I could’ve started much sooner. With how long I’ve been an owner and obsessed with them I should be a wiseman! Lol. One day.Oh course! I'm still learning and making mistakes every day but I do love these cars.
Removed manifold and turbo that came on the car. To no surprise found a bad kink in the return line along with a leak. Painted the intercooler gunmetal as it was the only paint can I had on hand. Was poorly painted black.

Maybe chip board bigger than the IC on both sides then press it, that way it has give on both sides and the pressure is equal across the whole part. Like a sandwich. I would be too scared to try but thats just me. How did it get warped like that?I think im going to try to UN warp my intercooler. I think if I put it under the tire while the car is jacked up, then slowly lower the car onto it, it might un bend the core? Lol. Like it would press it flat against the concrete using the weight of the car on the tire?
Anyone have a better thought on it hahaYou must be logged in to view this image or video.
