I recently replaced my head gasket, timing belt, starter and now I’m trying to start it, weird noise when I turn on car

Yes, I also agree with others posts above. A weak battery could easily be the problem. Measure battery voltage while you turn on the car and hear the noise. Or it could be a missing or poor ground.

I replace the head gasket, starter, timing belt and put everything back together best to my knowledge.

Spark plugs are in?
Sounds like no compression.

Edit: I see the motor isn’t spinning at all. Do you have the old starter? Make sure new starter is the same. Sounds like starter isn’t engaging the flywheel. Can you turn the motor over by hand?
