I've had a few people ask me how I did the o-rings in my block, so I documented it on video to make it as clear as possible. This worked out perfectly for me, the car went 9's with a simple Felpro composite gasket and o-rings. Ideally I would have gone with an MLS gasket and no o-rings but I didn't have the time to deck the block and head.

Thank you for sharing this !!

Just curious how many passes did your composite make before it blew up ?
Technically it never blew, I pulled the motor apart for inspection in the off season and noticed the gasket had started to push out, this was after several low 10 second passes at 40 psi. Currently with the o-rings it has gone 9.85/142mph and seen 42 psi.

Thank you 🙏🏻 I blew my HG last weekend racing but it more Tune related at this point. But my RA is good still for mls I almost went composite with no o rings just to see how much it would hold at 45 psi

Any interest in renting out your tool @jdxnc ?
I have rented it out a few times within Canada but I'm not really interested in sending it to the US as customs will make things complicated. I know a few DSMers in the US have them.
