So i am fairly new to all of this and i wondering if i can get some help with my build in my 2g 99 eclipse gst on getting my car to start up on ecmlink having some trouble with my injectors i think is my issue of why its not starting
 
What do you need help with? The global and deadtime settings? Did it run before you changed the injectors? What fuel pressure are you using? Can you post a ecmlink log. Data mod list and background info bro we need it if you want to get help.

Yes i can sorry still learning how to use this it did run before i changed my injectors fuel pressure im at 43.5 with 255 walbro but i have a 450 walbro video i attached is what it was doing when i thought it was gonna start

Are your injectors high or low impedance? Log shows 226*, so it must have started at some point.

Is there a reason you're using idle air clamp? Shouldn't need this on SD

Are you sure these inj deadtime values are correct? Looks to be below stock values

Here's what I'd do. After you crank the car a few times, pull the plugs and see if they're wet and smell it. Look down in the cylinders to make sure there isn't too much fuel. If all looks good and there isn't evidence it's getting too much fuel, spray brake cleaner or start fluid into the manifold through the brake booster port and start it. If it starts, you can increase the values here. All this does is spray more fuel during startup depending on what your cts is at.

Adjusts fuel delivery based on coolant temperature while cranking. This adjustment is quickly reduced over time after cranking has stopped. This adjustment is pretty much zeroed out within a few seconds of "normal" engine operation. Log CrankingFuelAdj to see the value currently being used by the ECU.

I have a spreadsheet on this computer somewhere specifically for calibrating those injectors in a DSM. Let me see if I can find it.

I had used injectors that had calibration profiles for DSM and universal and applied the differences to the 1000cc injectors to get better numbers. It has been a long time since I pulled it up.

Yea im in colerain area and i just thought idle air clamp would help but if not i will turn it off and injectors are low impendance and deadtime for injectors i got information for i can post in here too for yall too i am really confused and cranking fuel adjust when i try cranking it it say 9% and i will check spark rn to

EDIT: These are for High-Z injectors. I missed that OP has low impedance injectors.

I searched across three computers and my cloud accounts and still can't find it. It might be on one of my old hard drives, but I can give you the values that I was using in my tune. Let me see if I can format this...

This tune is from 2019 so the circumstances are a bit fuzzy, but the immediately prior version had all of the latencies reduced by 25uS so I raised them slightly for this final iteration. I wish that I could remember what I was doing and that I had finalized the tune a little better but I have been on MegaSquirt for a while now...

I’m confused because it states microseconds in orange above the values. I’d call them to confirm if the values given are ms or us.
Megasquirt calls it Seconds and then inputs are on the order of 2.9 and 0.6. Single digit milliseconds is the correct order of magnitude and seemingly everyone in charge of tuning doesn't know how units work.
 
I'm not near a pc so I can't look at your log file yet, but you should end up around -50% global at 43.5psi.

I recently installed some injectors that had been sitting for awhile. Car wouldn't start. I had my wife crank the car while I gently tapped on the fuel injectors and low and behold #2 was stuck and not opening. Once I gave it a little tap the car fired right up. Just a thought
 
Opps sorry i had my calculator set up for a e85 car i was setting up awhile back. Your global is in the ballpark it should be. As for the deadtime i mentioned putting it to 380 since that's where i normally start on 1000cc low impendence injector. I can't comment on the data sheet since some of the # are x'd out when i went to look for the data sheet for that particular injector. So without me having the correct injector voltage i would set the injbatteryadj back to stock and just change the deadtime under the fuel tab. The car is set for pump gas correct?

Yes its on pump gas and i dont think my injectors is stuck this is a fresh build

You can verify fuel pressure and spark and timing but I would start with the above quote from earlier in this thread. Read your plugs
 
Sorry i been workking all week and finally off and can mess with it gonna mess with it today and keep everyone in the loop and the last time i tired starting it it did what it does in the video above

So i took a few logs Today nothing changed my car now makes garage smoke up but still no start seems also made all the info far more out
 
I see you’re running a 1g cas. Is it oriented correctly?

Put cylinder 1 to tdc and make sure the marks on the cas line up. Then reinstall. If it still doesn’t start, try adjusting the cas in small increments.
