So after a couple years of finally getting serious and researching, I have compiled my parts list for the build I will eventually get done. I think this list should get me 90% of the way there. Although it will take some years still to obtain all of the necessary parts, I figured I would share the parts list at this point for either feedback and/or maybe it will help someone else along the way trying to put their own goals together. There are some redundant items as I will choose between them eventually or just wasn't absolutely sure about something. I tried to start to color map the list by main categories as it was getting hard to find items in it during the process, but obviously that is not complete in this file.
I will try and post this in two different ways so that the people using a mobile device who may not be able to open the file can still see it and vice vs. so people who would like to open the Excel file for their use may do so as well. Still new to posting stuff on here so I hope it works.
Any feedback and/or suggestions is always appreciated.

Yes I was referring to the energy suspension urethane bushings kit and torque solutions billet motor mounts in my parts list.
Good to know about the race balance shaft, I think I would rather do that than a delete kit.
Look, I don't want a monster either. I want something fun to drive. I didn't think 400-500hp was considered a monster nowadays especially with some of the new turbos on the market. Wherever it lands with a build list like this I'll be happy with as long as I get to drive it again. I agree with the nostalgic sentiment. I remember those days as well. But I at least need this to dog-walk my wife if she's driving our Mustang next to me. ;)

I think you will "SMILE" again if you get it all together. WHEN mine is running right, she sure makes me smile.

Thus is just an opinion but I don't think urethane suspension bushings are harsh IF you don't get super hard ones. I've had several cars of different platforms all with ES bushings and they were fine. Prothane on the other hand are noticeably stiffer and uncomfortable.
All the urethane and solid motor mounts put too much NVH into the cabin for my taste in a street car. I've always wanted passenger to not notice the mods very much until I let loose on it. Questions like "what's wrong with your car" tell me I've gone too far.

I would agree with that sentiment; so I wonder if anyone has built a 1g with those specific mounts and bushings. Would love their feedback if so. And as far as the budget thing goes, don't get me wrong I don't have unlimited funds. Quite the opposite. I'm going to need to find a lot more copper to strip to pay for stuff. LOL. It's just not a timeframe dictates budget thing. It's been this long so...

I totally agree Marty. Although I think the tears will most likely come first. Getting old is weird.
Its "different". My "aspirations" out do my "goals" per day now. ROFL

Your list looks ok to me, I personally would switch the pistons to 1400hds, switch the flywheel to an act streetlite, not sure why you need nitrous unless your auto but I didn't see a convertor in the list, and I think if your goals are 400-500 I would downsize the turbo or make the rebuild a 2.3

Just going scanning the list quickly--there are a lot of parts on your list that are discontinued, MB881294 (and the following 5 parts down from it on your list), MD132912 (we received the last couple that Mitsubishi had about 3 months ago, and they sold in hours), MB620806 (long gone), MD728826, e-brake cables (gone through Mitsu--aftermarket units are currently out there), most/all of those cross-member pieces and suspension arms--all disco'd.
I'm trying to order a few parts from your site before they are gone too. One is the non-abs proportioning valve you referenced. I'm 99% sure I have the twin piston front calipers. Thought I had taken better photos when I did the tear down, many years ago now, but I guess not as many as I thought. I have attached a photo of the caliper and the proportioning valve and I'm hoping you or someone can confirm they are the twin pistons so I don't need to dig the old ones out to confirm before I order. They are buried in the attic in an area I can't get at easily at the moment.
. I'm sure there are others on there as well, and yet more that will shortly be discontinued.

You also have MD749998 listed as "discontinued" , which they are not--Mitsubishi currently has about 135 in the U.S.. MD770506 is also not discontinued--Mitsu just doesn't stock them heavily anymore. MD723202, MR983368, MD707184, MF450154--also not discontinued.

Other quick notes:

Extended master/slave cylinder rods are band-aids for other issues. With everything being replaced/new, there is no reason for them, and they can actually *cause* issues at that point.

The non-ABS proportioning valves you have listed (MB699663) are for small (single piston caliper) front brakes. MB895431 is for twin-piston brakes (note: These are increasingly hard to get--we just got 4 of 10 that we ordered back in February).

I'm sure there are a lot more things on the list, but it would take quite a bit of time to go through.

Curious why you didn't look at the caliper. The bores are revealed in the casting and easy to spot.. That is a single piston caliper.

Like I said they're buried in an attic space I can't get to at the moment and I did the tear down like ten years ago. I would rather have looked at them than posted a stupid question trust me.

Thanks for the correction. I thought I must have gotten the part wrong I listed originally due to JNZ's response to that part. Guess I had it right. So another possibly stupid question, if I plan to upgrade to the STOPTECH ST40 328MM BIG BRAKE KIT : MITSHIBISHI ECLIPSE 1990-99 (FRONT) #27826 at ExtremePsi, would I need to change the proportioning valve to the dual piston valve?

Why would you switch the pistons and flywheel? Just curious. From what I read/heard a small shot of nitrous programmed on the dig would help make up for the lag on a bigger turbo. I don't think I will NEED it just thought it would be nice to have the option eventually so it went on the list. This would be one of those later on purchases once the car was running down the road finally and I was looking to spend more money. I went back and forth for two years on whether or not to stroke it and ultimately decided not to for durability. I don't see me pulling hard from stoplight to stoplight against some idiot kid in a Honda in traffic. Although the added torque would be fun..so will the back roads.
