Very cool car. I bet that thing is laggy as f***. 67mm turbo? Damn.
Here is my question. I've certainly had engine's out etc but if you disassemble a car this far how do you ever get every single fastener back in place without original assembly techniques? I suppose you could trial fit it but I think it would take too long unless you know exactly where every where goes etc. Either be dumb meticulous with disassembly documentation or have access to the assembly methods when the cars were built. Which sequence etc.Evo VI Tommi Makinen resto video

Hace you been keeping up with this? I really like where they are going with this. Not a big fan of how throtl mods some of their cars so this one is for all you F&F fans. Nice starting point though. I have a feeling they will rice it out.

Think I’ve watched all of them. Tbh I don’t like what it’s going to look like but I can see how others will. It’s all personal preference which is fine and that’s the type of builds they do. But I hate the fact they’re cutting up a clean gsx. It kinda hurtsHace you been keeping up with this? I really like where they are going with this.
Yeah me too and they’re real thorough and do stuff the right way. Their MR2 was my favorite except the engine swap . Maybe the dsm will grow on me once it’s doneIt definitely hurts watching them cut it up but at least they are going things the right way and not some janky hack job. Me personally I always prefer a tasteful clean oem type took, but for some reason I kinda like this build.
