Recently purchased this HTA 86 used, was wondering how can I remove and install the turbine housing correctly? Is there any alignment marks or anything I need to be aware of? The guy I got it from took off the turbine housing to inspect the turbine wheel, but just installed it with a few bolts in it to protect the wheel during shipping. So I need to understand how to correctly remove and install this again to ensure its on their correctly, as of now there is a slight clearance issue with the wheels. Have some pictures below:

The turbine housing can be aligned any way you'd like as long as the CHRA oil drain is roughly perpendicular to the ground. There should be two C-style bars that bolt on to the turbine housing that clamp the housing and CHRA together. Did they not give you some with the turbo?

Yes, I was given those bars and bolts. Without those installed the housing should be free to spin right?
