While i have my head off at the machine shop my ocd ass decided it would be a good idea to tackle a harness tuck at the same time. The car is bare bones as far as what it needs for sensors on the engine harness. Just wanted to make sure im not missing anything. Im going to de-pin everything except the following..

-inj resistor pack
-injectors
-tps
-reverse sensor
-speed sensor
-o2 sensor
-2× water temp
-coil plug
-knock sensor
-cas
-speed density
-power transistor

Am i missing anything?
Everything is removed as far as ps, ac, abs or emissions.

Alternator to ecu plug, cooling fan relays, oil pressure light/gauge, those of course aren't part of the engine harness as far as sensors necessarily but just reminding you of them.

Thank you thats helpful. Ill make sure i dont miss when i move onto the chassis harness.

The speed sensor mechanically connects to dash btw.

On a 1g is mechanical this is on a 2g my bad wasn't clear about that

If I could make a recommendation, keep the maf frequency wire pinned and leave the wire in the harness should you ever want to run a flex fuel sensor and route the wire to where you think you may want to install the sensor in the future. And also leave your other input wire for your ecmlink incase you want to log something in the future (assuming you have another input open on the ecu not taken by speed density sensors). Also, be careful of your fuel injectors number 1 and 4 (I believe), both have a solid GREEN wire going to them, keep them both straight by labeling that. Have fun and enjoy your clean bay, it is worth it!

All great recommendations and tips.. thanks man!

I am currently doing the same only I depinned everything, labeled, noted, and set aside. There's some really good pin outs and wiring diagrams available for our engines. Should you need them, I have quite a few of them saved, just lmk. I went on a research binge before taking it apart saving everything I could find to make things easier.

Also, don't let the "probationary member" fool ya. I, unfortunately, had to create a new account for username purposes erasing my some 10+ years old account LOL

Just saw these sorry man thanks for offering the help. I have literally every possible diagram and schematic, i did the same thing you did haha. Turned out pretty good. I couldve spent more time measuring to further shorten some of the connectors but overall I'm pretty happy with the result.
