Where can I source the smaller filler neck hose? Not the fat elbow at the bottom. I measure 19/32, 15mm, .6 inches.

Please disregard. Oriellys has a 3/4 id fuel line that should work. Thanks

I know you "resolved" this, but wanted to chime in. I came up with the same measurement. 1/2" hose could not be forced on. I thought 3/4" seemed too loose, and found some 9/16 fuel line on Amazon. Not sure who actually made it, but it went on very nicely. I could not find the 15mm ID hose unless I purchased from Europe.

BTW, the larger "fat elbow" hose that I found (closest available) was also a little loose, so I upgraded the clamps to some Mishimoto T-bolt style. No leaks!
good luck-

I probably have enough that you could have my remaining 9/16" (I think 5' was min. order), if you want to pay for shipping (no charge fo the hose, I will likely never need again, or will lose it by the time I do!). I can measure how much length I still have if the 3/4" did not work out.

When I got to Oriellys, the largest they had was 1/2” WTF!! so I just grab it. Little fight w the booger but it’s on now. For the large elbow I used Gates 24716. It was slightly larger but it should hold fine. Neither see any pressure so...

Nice work! When I was getting mine car running again, I forgot to properly tighten the upper clamp on the fat hose bend. That was a lot of fun at the gas station, I can assure you. Left about 1/2 gallon on their concrete (not dangerous at all).
looks like you replaced the main hard pipe, but not the other smaller overfill hard pipe (very different appearance of corrosion, etc.). Perhaps you didn't have to try and mate the other small section of 1/2" hose between that pipe and the tank. That one would be very tough with 1/2", given much tighter access. As long as the gas reaches the cylinders, you should be set. Looks like a fine repair.

Yeah just the main neck since I bought a replacement and don’t want to mess with the smaller one unless I had a replacement.

I appreciate the offer. Didn’t see that before

Oooh! Scary. The new one looks way safer.

Haha yeah it would have leaked eventually

mine was shot, so i used some rubber hose the same diameter and run it from the top of the fuel neck to the tank. passing thru the frame rail like the steel one.

That’s a good idea. I didn’t want to mess with it now but if it ever leaks, that’s what I’ll do.

I made a 1G unit in stainless for someone in Canada recently. Gets pretty rusted out from their harsh winters so i hear. I was shocked at how bad the 1G units get and yours is not the worst i have seen going
