2G I need help with the SRS light

I need someone to help me with the SRS signal from the dash. I bought an after market steering wheel while I was removing the oem steering wheel, I removed one cable and the other cable (yellow or orange color I don't remember) I had to cut since I didn't want to go out so I don't know if that's the problem. The cable I did not cut from the beginning I only cut the protruding part, I do not know if that is the problem. I appreciate the help

The bright red cable on the underside of the steering column is the airbag wire. If the SRS computer doesn't have a connection to the airbag the SRS light will come on. To get the light off, you will have to use a scanner to reset the code. Keep the key off, disconnect the battery, then remove the SRS computer under the center console. Once you reconnect the battery and turn the key on, the SRS light should remain off and without the SRS computer it won't turn back on again.

Or if you don't want to go through pulling everything out, just pull the bulb out of the cluster

Measure the resistance between the two sides of the airbag and put a resistor in its place.
