I've got a '90 Talon TSi and '90 Eclipse GST I'd like to get started. All parts complete...need a good mechanic... won't start and it's not the battery.

Theres a shop in santa fe springs.. there good peoples. i know there a distance away but im sure if u call em they can help ya or send ya in the direction to one in sd maybe. Not 100% sure though. http://roadraceengineering.com/blog/

Thanks for the reply. That's a bit of a drive. I'll give them a call to see if they can recommend someone in SD.

I am nearby in LA...used to live in SD for 25yrs...still have friends there and come down to visit...what exactly needs done with the cars? Are they in pieces, all torn apart? Or just been sitting around and need to get them running?

Both are complete and not in pieces...just need to get them started and running again...could be starter relay, fuse, or starter.

How long have they been sitting? I'm sure we could figure out a game plan.....what area of SD?
Maybe we could make an appt and I'll come take a look... It's always basic things first...all cars need fuel, spark, compression and timing to run...if the starter isn't turning over the engine, it could be a battery, a relay, a fuse, a cut or broken wire, a bad ground, a malfunctioning alarm or kill switch, etc...there are def some things we could check out.. the weather is gonna be hot this week...maybe an evening would be good? Message me for contact info..

It's been a year or two in the garage (both of them) and I tried a new battery. Could be any of the things you mentioned above: fuse, relay, or starter. If it's okay, I'll PM you. Thanks.
