I'm absolutely terrible at reading things and comprehending what I'm reading sometimes so maybe it's just me. But I'm not sure what I'm doing with line adjustments for the valve body. I've completely rebuilt it and trying to button it up, but no idea what to do with the adjustments and directions are confusing and looking at one of John's videos from IPT Trans, he says the opposite of what the directions tell me. A little insight would be greatly helpful. This is mainly for a drag only car, looking for upwards of 1k horsepower so I'm assuming I need all the pressure I can get (but new to automatics). I'm not understanding what's being mentioned by dividing this or that. Do I just back both of these adjustments out all the way for the firmest, quickest shifts? Something else? Not sure how I'd know how much pressure I'm running either. Help?!?!? Also, I have the following two kits installed...

About 11:55 into this video. This is where he says softer, clockwise, and firmer is counter clockwise which is the opposite of above.
And 4:28 on this one.
