My forearms smack into all kinds of stuff i just dont want to disconnect hoses and break any of plastic hose mounts in the emissions. LOL that is very funny tho.

Everything is back together ended up chasing down an air leak for hours ended up in the evap canister under the battery so i got out my stash of hoses and replace every vac and boost line on the canister and the lines on the fire wall under the manifold.

Made a quick disconnect harness for my dimmer panel gauge and cluster border+ gauges because i have ordered a brand new oem cluster, i really want to run the stock cluster i think they look the best in the 2g's. The lone gauge is a voltimeter in red digital. Left bank is the oil temperature and the other is a wide band air/fuel.

I have a really neat Greddy drain plug with an awesomely stronge magnet i cannot recommend that thing enough. The full shake down of some changes new pipes, rebuilt evap tank, and new gaskets on a few odds and ends is done. Going to take it out tomorrow after noon and play a bit. Tonight i will let the gaskets sealer cure.
I don't know if anyone struggles with the drain plug on the transmission but i did this and it is easy peasy, obviously most know to its in an awkward spot maybe this will help you on your next gear oil change. Channel locks and a 24mm socket LOL

I learned the hard way a cheap FPR is a bad idea, and a good one is really not too pricey. The fitting areas seem to leak at the very least gas fumes. Mine got to the point of leaking liquid gas. This might be the first time my car hasn't had a gas smell since i bought it.

I'm having trouble generating horse power with my normal boost levels which dailey driving i keep it around stock boost. The boost levels come up normally and do not surge but acceleration is very slow under boost load.
-boost leaks taken care of.
-good plugs and wires.
-Fuel pressure 44lbs.
Am i missing something any ideas would help.

I think i need to post a thread on a computer but ours here at the house is messed up and i can't seem to post a normal thread on the phone AP.

I have not checked timing no. It's very bizarre. I do on the other hand have some vacuum issue going on. Vacuum seems relatively weak while at idle. Not sure if that would cause such a significant power loss. I recently replaced the 5 bolt gasket off the turbo the gasket on the 2 bolt collector and put in a new bank 1 02 sensor.

I have a 02 volt read out built into the air vent it bounces around from .05v to .55v while it idles when warm. Is it possible the turbo is going bad?

That’s a must. I’m shocked car didn’t have one. My car came w old aem uego but that logged slightly off from what ecmlink displayed. It’s a common issue w the older aem & ecmlink. So I went w innovate which worked great and logged accurately. But now it seems to take longer to initially start displaying. Idk if it’s the sensor or gauge. I might go w aem x series which looks great

I had an x series in the neon. Yeah the AFR thing is strange i think the hand held reader displays the AFR its just going through the menus is very difficult to navigate still trying to learn it and i can't seem to find a single person who has ever messed with it.
