Does anyone know the part number of the 2gb knock sensor bracket?.

In a 2ga is located where the 2gb cam sensor location is.

In a 2gb the bracket was moved between the cam sensor and the inlet of the fuel rail.

I have a 2ga bracket but is not the same bracket as the 2gb., does some one knows the part number of the 2gb bracket.

Here is a pic of the knock sensor connector mounted on the bracket. Hope snowboarder doesn’t mind using his pic as model:)

Hey Josh, yes I need the 2gb knock sensor bracket, but I just can’t find it used nor new, the problem is I can’t even find the actual name of the bracket so no luck on finding it.

If you have it would be nice.,

Im bringing the talon back to stock and putting the missing parts back in.

If it connects to the engine lift bracket in the later model years ('97-'99), then the part number is MD335436.

I don’t know if it’s part of the hoist but if it is, I’ll double check, The hoist is there but I couldn’t see the bracket where holes the knock connector.

Thank you 19eclipse90 for the information.

I’ll post back my finding once I get back home.

Well, my hoist doesn’t has the bracket, but it has a hole all they on the bottom, wondering if the bracket bolts down to the hoist, if that’s the case, then is totally separate bracket.

Now looking at it, I’m wondering if I have the right hoist, but I doubt it’s a 2ga hoist.

If anyone has it, please take a pic of the bracket so at least I know how it looks.

Great picture @98 dsm ! Figured it had to be on the lift bracket due to it's location but that confirms it!
Good luck tracking one down, Miguel. Shouldn't be impossible but, clearly, it isn't a walk in the park.

Wow there's supposed to be a bracket for these? Mine's missing completely then! And so's my knock sensor LOL

Just got my new knock sensor yesterday...now I need to find the wires in the harness that were cut off...to wire it back up

Thank you for the I formation part number, that will help a lot.

is this it?

Thank you to take the time and look for the part, that confirm what 19eclipse90 suspect, and makes everything easier to find.
I appreciate all you guys for your efforts on trying to figure out a way.

I will mark the thread as solved which we all ready figure it out.
