I'm all about spending cash on racing, but that ISN"T essential. Times are weird, money is going to a problem, RACING is a luxury. I'm not spending a dime on cars until this fiasco is settled and the economy is back up running which could be at least a year possibly more, the economic fall out of this hoax is going to cost the world dearly. Good news was I spent a lot of money before the BS started and I already have all the parts to finish my 2nd DSM :)

My wife has lost half her job for the time being and I have definitely seen a reduction in pay....just wait till Americans get the bill for 6 trillion bucks and taxes skyrocket to pay for it.
Well there always has to be that one ass hole.

Regardless of our opinions about what's going on right now, let's keep this on topic. If you don't have the means to place orders with DSM supporting vendors, or just can't justify it, that's completely understandable. Those who do, your support is greatly appreciated.

I already did it Sunday morning.

After looking at the CDC's website, it doesn't look like Ohio is classified as 'widespread', which is good to see. That would explain what you see in the video. I wonder what the video would look like in areas like New York where it's widespread. The nurses and doctors we know here in our area who work at the local hospitals are seeing cases firsthand and are trying to spread the word about taking it serious, even though our county has only had 3 deaths reported so far. We'll see how things play out here in CA in the next 2-4 weeks, I imagine the bigger population centers will keep ramping up. I get it though, some people need to see it firsthand before it's real to them - some need to see the chaos with their own eyes before they'll accept it.

This thread isn't really meant for discussing the virus, society's reaction to the virus, the way the governments are handling it, the economic fallout, whether or not it's a hoax, etc. This thread is meant to be a call to action to help keep businesses who continue to support our DSM community (and this resource) operating so that we continue to have quality options in this market when we come out on the other side. Feel free to start a thread in the Hangout to discuss all of the other things.

I just spent $800 + spread amongst 3 vendors on here. Trying to keep them all alive and well and I haven't got my stimulus check yet, but glad to have a job!
Thanks to all the vendors who are still doing business and open!!! :thumb:

To everyone who has made purchases from our vendors, maybe you can share some photos of the unboxing of your purchases here? :) Let us know where you made your purchase and what you got.

Do they still come around? I've wanted to place an order but remember hearing people had long delays for shipments. Also they haven't been on here since May 2019
Just because they haven't been active through that user account doesn't mean they're not paying attention, they also have multiple accounts here. ;) They're still a supporting vendor here and have been for many years. They'll appreciate the support.
