Ok so I recently finished my build 6bolt 2g head with CAS. While doing so I converted the 5 Speed to an Auto AWD. I have everything installed and the car cranks but no start. List of mods and things I’ve checked.
built" 6 bolt motor. 2g head CAS conversion, 272 cams,BS deleted, TPI converter, 255 fuel pump, AFPR, gt35r turbo, Dsmlink v3 with Speed Density, 1200 pte injectors, fuel labs filter 6an fuel lines from pump to fuel rail

Installed CAS with TDC and the line going horizontal. As per everything I’ve read.

I checked for spark, I have spark.
I tested the CAS works properly.
I turned the key to check ECU function on dash engine light stays on 5 sec or so then goes off.
Fuel pump works I can turn it on and off with Link.
I get fuel pressure to the Fuel Rail.
Opened ECU didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.

WHAT I DON’T GET IS FUEL OUT OF THE INJECTORS.

I tested injectors with test light I get power to them.

I swapped injectors thinking they were clogged to no avail the other set didn’t spit fuel either.

I’ve checked the Injector Resistor pack and it tested fine as per the other threads I’ve read on forums with similar issues. Ohms were within specs

Any help will be greatly appreciated, this has stomped me. Thanks

If you have a fuel pressure gauge, make sure and see if you have fuel pressure.

Make sure to have the correct firing order on the spark plug wires.

I have the correct firing order and i see the fuel pressure gauge 43 psi roughly. When I went to unplug the fuel injectors pulled a rookie move and sprayed the garage LOL.
 
Our injectors are ground side switched. You've checked for power from the MFI relay with a test light at the injectors, but have you tested to see if the ECU is grounding the injectors (commanding them to open)? You didn't specify your methodology, but always do loaded circuit tests when possible. Backprobe the injector connectors with them still plugged in, and the engine cranking to check for powers and grounds. If (all) the injectors are not being commanded to fire, you know you have an input problem--ECU not seeing cam or crank signals--or a problem with the ECU injector drivers, or the ECU grounds.

Edit: speaking of ECU grounds, You just did an manual to auto swap so you must have disturbed the ECU ground under the dash to install the TCU (they ground to the same bolt iirc). I'd be suspicious of that first pending how the injector driver test turned out.

Im not running a TCU in the car i have a Force Four shift box, utilizing a 3g shifter.

Post a log of the car cranking please.

I posted the log of the NO start. Guys if you see anything that catches your eye please let me know, Any advice please advise thank you.

2g head CAS conversion... define that. Are you running a 95/96 CAS under intake cam gear, 97-99 CAS on passenger side of cam, or 1G CAS?

Running the CAS on the Passenger side of the cam, it’s a 1g Black too CAS.

Under miscellaneous tab in ECMLink, check the box "use non 95/96 cam angle sensor". That may be your issue.
 
Ok, i will do that along with having he wires inverted due to the CAS set up.
 
The log says the injectors are working, could be a bad idea but I've done it to check LOL pull the fuel rail off and have someone crank the engine. To verify you arent getting fuel out of the injectors. If you do get fuel out then it moves to a timing issue, which seems to be more likely due to CAS conversion. Also does the CAS conversion get rid of the one on the front of the motor next to the tensioner?
 
It does, that is why he has to check that box in the program, so link know he is using a 1G CAS. No sense making a mess with fuel until he tries starting the car with the right settings and firing order.

I see what your saying now, that makes complete sense. I vote with not making a mess first.

Did that it i sprayed all over. Yes the CAS gets rid of the Crank Positioning Sensor by the Tensioner.
 
Ok, that's what i thought just never looked into the conversion. Lets us know if that setting in Ecmlink works.

Took awhile for me to get into the garage , work has me busy. The car didn't start with the change on Ecm Link, as the car cranked it did have a few loud pops from the exhaust. I'm posting two logs below. Let me know what you guys think could be my problem. Thanks again for the input.

If you had a couple loud pops, thats an indication that your firing order if wrong.
 
How do you have your cas wired in since your converted?Did you get the plug and play harness from road racing engineer or a cheaply knock off one? “Some” cheap ones found on amazon and eBay have been known to have defects. Only asking because I’ve experienced a no start but only fuel spraying due to my signal in the cas wiring harness myself.

I’m using the harness i bought it off i believe Extreme Psi.
