Has anyone fit the 525 pump in a 2G pickup assembly yet?
I waiting to find out myself. If I were to guess, some modifications would need to be done to fit.

Somebody on the s2000 forums said they are identical dimensions when holding them together.
The high pressure version, or modded regular version has put numerous cars into the 700’s.
OP: Check out my thread on installing a 450.
If you’re having a lean condition at WOT, it’s more than likely due to the seals not holding.
The fix is putting a bulkhead fitting on the pump housing eliminating the issue.
I would also recommend installing a fuel pressure sensor to verify your fuel pressure.

This was on E85 and the newer version of the Walbro 450.
6an should be good to around 6-750hp range. i only ran 8an on mine because we had a sale on the 8an e85 vibrant line at work. You must be logged in to view this image or video. You must be logged in to view this image or video. So I went ahead and put the new wally 525 in with a -6 bulkhead. Some people are telling me that I should go with a -8 line but I'm going to test it out with the -6 for now because I already had it installed.
The 525 and the 450 seem to be identical or pretty close inside so the install is the same for a 450 or a 525. I just did one quick 2nd gear pull so I really don't know how much better it will perform. I plan on hitting the track next weekend for some testing so that's when I'll know for sure.
Are you saying that the stock feed line limited you?
Are you over running the stock return with the 525?
