Did frontline recommend any type of thread sealant on those pretension bolts for you bearing caps on that Diff cover of yours?

Andrew (aka FF) did not suggest thread sealant of any kind when I bought mine (in person), and not even after I raced with one when I pointed out they work themselves loose with the plain jane nuts he used to try to lock them in place. Something better is absolutely needed there because these do work their way loose from vibration (at least they do on my clutch-type Evo 8 rear diff) and fluid very much does leak out the threads. I just gave up on them really and next time I get the diff down I'll either put some sort of locking washer in there, or perhaps a serrated lock nut or something, and see if that solves the problem. Andrew did say other than me though he'd never heard of any complaints so maybe it's just my particular situation.

Yeah, mine are leaking too. I though it was the breather at first but When I checked last night, it was definitely the pretension bolts. I'lll try some pink or yellow Teflon tape next time.

For the diff cover and pre load bolts. Lock tite. I believe it's the Blue. DO NOT USE THE WELD. I believe red is the weld. The diff cover is 6061 T6. So it's got some pros and cons with threads holding. But I won't knock what he makes and sells, Front line is a great guy.

Things are still moving along here.

I'm talking to the guys at Strictly Performance about the Hypertune intercoolers they carry now. Hoping to find a core and end tank combo that will work for my setup.

GT-1000 wing as been ordered from moddiction.com

New radiator came in.

Carbonetics Carbon fiber headlight delete came in too. Finish is FLAWLESS. I'll be checking the fitment next but have no doubt it will be great Sergio was great to work with too. He is going to be building my rear diffuser. Super excited about that.

Last but not least, I'm work on a large batch of fender braces for everyone.

So how did you actually get Sergio to make your parts? I'm still waiting for the sunroof plug I paid for in 2013.

I contacted him, paid, he made and shipped them. he also replied to all my message when I asked him questions. Sorry to hear you are having a problem. 2013. That is just nuts.
