Don't know if this is the right place to post.
But Do you guys think my mods (see below) is overkill for my 2.0L block.
My goal is low 11's then maybe 10's. Last year I got with same setup but minus the gsc s2 cams, 12.04 @ 123mph, with a crappy stock trans 3rd popping out once in awhile. Now I have a jacks trans for this summer.

But I was talking to another gear head and said that my setup is overkill and to achieve my goal is too downsize the turbo (to like FP white), downsize injectors to 1300cc, and downsize fuel pump to 255.
I wanted your guys take on my setup.
Should I downsize or just keep boostin'?

On how this came about...
Right now I am still getting tuned by Stacy, I am still waiting back from him, I was asked to talk to another tuner (Evo owner but tunes DSMs as well). I was asking him about fuel pressure, that my 450 was not producing pressure after 27-28 psi and it was just leveling off while my boost was going up. I was thinking of adding an inline 255 to fix my issue or it could be something else I still have not decided what could cause this. But He looked at my setup and wanted me to downsize immediately.

Also maybe I need to rewire my rewired fuel pump (voltage issues possibly).
Well I just wanted your guys intake on my setup and what I should do.

thanks in advance

my 450 was not producing pressure after 27-28 psi and it was just leveling off while my boost was going up.

If boost pressure was still rising and fuel pressure was not, either you have a problem with your FPR or the pump isn't keeping up with demand. Check the voltage at the pump, but also look for restrictions in the feed line.

BTW, are you leaning out when this happens? I would expect you to notice your wide band showing your AF ratio going lean, unless in that rpm/load range it has been tuned to just hold the injectors open longer. Which is a half assed fix.

Deffinatly not overkill to run the 450wally with 2200cc injectors, especially on E85 (big factor). I run nearly the same setup but with a T4 S366 and I'm in need of a inline 255 or better. A check of the re-wire is always a good Idea to check. That setup with what sounds to be all other supporting mods should crack a 10sec pass no prob. 650-750hp easy

Awesome feedback. thanks All! Found the issue when I was testing to see if my FPR can go past 70psi, I started the car and turned it off, the FPR was now not holding any pressure 0 PSI.
So I took the FPR apart and the damn spring inside broke in too pieces.
Got another new FPR same model but in Black. Boosting is fine now with rising FPR 1:1 ratio.

Now I am dealing with glazed clutch disc issue LOL...
I guess at the track I didnt slip the clutch fast enough fearing of bogging at the line, also running back to back to back runs at the 1/8th mile didnt help it either. Clutch was slipping badly up above 6-8k rpm.

I am going to see if driving it normally will restore the clutch and be back at launch better and running better times @ 1/4th mile soon. Driving around town is fine and 3rd gear pulls but 2-3 high rpm shifts starts to slip making no power to the wheels.
