The EuroExport Valve Spring Compressor Tool is CNC machined out of T6061 aluminum, anodized black, and laser engraved. Its smart design makes it easy to replace valve seals, valves, springs, and retainers. You can even use this tool with the head on the block.
Made in the USA.

PM sent!

In order to change the springs/seals with this tool with the head on the block does it require pumping the cylinder full of air so the valves dont drop?

The EuroExport Valve Spring Compressor Tool is by far one of the best tools I've bought for working on my DSM (next to the Jay's timing belt tool kit), worth every penny. And FWIW, the rope method I felt is much safer then pressurizing the cylinder.

I bought mine along with the valve seal installer, I'm definitely looking forward to using it. I didn't believe the hype of the jays racing timing belt tool kit.....but after I bought and used one, never again will I be with out one. Hopefully this tool also lives up to the reputation.

I just got mine in yesterday and used it. It works fantastic and makes this job pretty easy. Now I have to figure out how to remove the spring seats that seem to be stuck to the head.

This is way better than the blue point "punch" type tool. I have both and will probably never use the bluepoint tool again.

A good tip for securing your valves once the springs are removed is to use small pieces of vacuum line on the stems to prevent them from falling into the cylinder when you remove the air pressure.
