So when i rev the engine up over 2500 rpm it drops down to about 500 if not lower. Sometimes it will die. I have no clue whyh it does this. I just changed the plugs and wires yesterday and it didnt do it, but today it started doing it again. I have a GM MAF and maft. I dont know if the maft is dialed in right, could that be the problem? Also after changing the plugs and wires my a/f at idle dropped to like 10.0!!! it will bounce around that. Does anyone have any ideas why?

First thing is check for any boost leaks, especially leaks around throttle body, manifold, ISC, etc. Then make sure MAF is dialed in correctly. If MAF is not dialed in right that could definitely cause stalling problems. 10.0 is obviously much too rich .. Make sure you have 0 leaks then get your MAF set up correctly and see where you are at from there. After you do all that then you can go about adjusting BISS screw and getting your idle set correctly.

I have no boost leaks. I dont understand how to dial it in. I get through the first two steps and i dont understand the rest.

You'll need to reset your isc that will help a lot. I deleted/bypassed the FIAV, and that helped my idle surge as well. You have to make sure your isc is in the correct range and that you have almost zero boost leaks.
