Anywho, I just wanted to show off the little 99 Chevrolet Metro with a 3Cyl and Manual 5 Speed. I ended up finding it on craigslist for $600 with a bad oil leak. Ended up being the cam seal and shes good as new. Installed a new clutch, recharged the A/C, and completely removed the interior for cleaning. Also purchased a factory gauge cluster with tachometer and installed it. After about a total $820 shes good as new averaging about 51MPG. Absolutely blast to drive and completely different from the GTO. Honestly its fun to have a little cheap car to do random shit to LOL. Here were some pictures new.

Then... I painted the GEO with chalkboard paint and have been having a blast with it. I originally wanted to paint it flat black but then I saw the chalkboard was that color naturally and you could chalk it! Here are some things we have done with it so far but the best is the last pictures.

Also, I made a facebook page about the Metro and I need fans so come on in and LIKE and Share :)

Damn, If I ever have kids, I'll keep that in mind, The family car could sport a custom paint job, the more scribbling the better. That's the kind of thing that makes my day to see, LOL.

Lol at Limo tinted windows.. I wouldn't want anyone to know I'm in there either.. haha

Saw this at the track on some riced out Honda and everyone wrote on it and the guy was embarrassed enough he left LOL.

I think it's kind of cool, especially the weather. I bet you're car is right more often than the weathermen LOL.

LOL...thanks guys!

yeah, its a badass little car! and agreed on the tint... I like it for "security" LOL. There are more pictures and themes on facebook if anyone is interested!

The best thing about chalkboard paint is its instant repairable! Some smurfer decided to key the car and I was kinda pissed until I got home and took out the paint and roller....10 seconds of rolling on new paint, its gone!! Best thing every for a Metro :) Plus, it was only 29 dollars to paint.

Haha damn, I should have posted something like this up first!

I actually have a 91 Talon autocross car thats painted blue / chalkboard paint. Its a blast at the events, everyone comes up and draws on it.

On that note, what do you use for chalk, cause sidewalk chalk apparently scratches into the paint...

Haha, exact same thing I have been doing with a primer black hood that I have been running around with for a month or two while I recover from some front end damage. Usually have an assortment of smilies on it.

I use the regular chalk. So far I havent had any issues with scratches and everything has been able to be washed out. Yeah, Chalkboard FTW!!!

Anywho, I finished the Theme here are the latest pictures!
