I've searched and can't really find anyone who has it. Does anyone have one or know anybody that makes an aluminum upper radiator hose/pipe? I can make one myself but i was just curious if there is any on the market or not. I'm looking for one pretty much just to make my engine bay look cleaner and to get rid of the rubber upper radiator hose that is like a half an inch away from my manifold.

I know someone on tuners has that done I just can't remember who. You can either do that or a stainless steel line.

Check the parts store for braided hose in the dress up kits. Piping won't be flexible enough to seal up, plus the piping will bust the top of the radiator when the engine rocks forward.

That is why you use 2-3" Silicone Couplers. I see a lot of high torque drag cars running aluminum up radiator pipes with couplers. '

You of course need to use the correct kind of coupler. Oreilly's sells the stuff I use by the foot. I think they call it stick hose or something.

Rather rigid but flexible 200+ psi stuff similar to what they use for fire fighting hose.

I don't want to use stainless steel line and I'm talking about using a pipe with 2 couplers w/ t bolt clamps. People do it on supra's all of the time such as this

Just made one for my buddys 2g.. Looks awesome, if you know someone that is handy with fabbing things up have them look at it.. gonna use 2 1.5" couplers that are 4" long on each side. I know they use to sell on ebay and I know ETS and JMFab make them for Evos not sure about dsms. Check them out :thumb:

3000gt's have upper and lower kits for the hard coolant pipes. they are nice but have drawbacks.

hot as sin all the time
cant squeeze to burp coolant system
cant feel if cool due to bad tstat.
no wiggle to move anything around near them

They are easy to make one if you really want. Take out your stock hose and bring it to an exhaust shop and they can bend a piece of stainless for you for a couple of bucks.

Sorry I forgot about this thread completely.

Every one of my buddies bought them on Ebay.

I can probably mark this thread as solved... what I'm going to end up doing is buy a 2ft long piece of stainless steel pipe and some couplers and just take the pipe to my buddies exhaust shop and bend the pipe.. Do you have a link to any of them on ebay I searched there and couldn't find any...
