Im sorry, I would never take any "technical" information from you about a turbocharger. You'd just be relaying facts that are already somewhere else. No breakthroughs here. I mean, have you even studied Thermodynamics? or even properly used a Flow Bench?, or is this info. going to be all "I believe so's."

Oh yeah I forgot my custom Exhaust and Intake Manifolds that are almost completed were just cookie-cutters...Hmm, plans to run high 11's FWD this upcoming season on a HX-35..Id say thats as cookie cutter as it goes.

Keep trying to make me look bad, when your mod list matches my old car..Which is now my girlfriends Daily Driver :ohdamn:

While I agree there are a lot of pointless threads here, I found this very humorous given I've been in similar situations. He lost a bet so he made the thread, that is the point. A wager among friends. It seems you just chimed in to flex your internet muscle or to progress some personal vendetta and that sir, is even more pointless.

Oh here we go, custom this, custom that, high 11's on an HX-35. When you do it, it still won't matter because it's nothing out of the ordinary, but that's the only time anything you just said isn't a joke. I can go ahead and say I am going to run 9s off a 14b, but until it's done, it doesn't matter.

You haven't the slightest idea of the basics of anything more than turning a wrench to put the part on. You couldn't even fathom the beginnings of anything that is somewhat respectable for knowledge. Congratulations, you can help a bunch of nobody newbs fix their common problems because they were too mentally challenged to pick up a book. I don't work for free, and as such, I don't provide the internet with help for free, especially when they don't want to take the first steps towards helping themselves.

You go ahead and continue to tell people to check ignition coils. In the meantime, I will continue to try to dumb down mathematical equations and technological terms, such as brake specific fuel consumption, for people like you to understand what turbo you need to run on your car to achieve said goal.

I may not know everything about these cars, but at least I don't have to drool over a keyboard typing up a question every 5 seconds to figure it out.

Your right my modification list is pretty weak, considering my current goal of running 11's on pump gas with a 16G. Because I am not some poor schmuck like you who has to work 3 years to figure out how to get into 11s, this seems like a pretty decent goal for owning the car for 2 months now.

My knowledge is in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Thermal expansion/dynamics and cooling systems.

When you answer all these posts to these "noobs" as you call them, your doing the same thing as I. Dumbing things down for people who havent been around these cars as much. So most of what your saying is a contradiction.

Im a 23 year old Engineer, I have $11,000 worth of parts sitting in my shop waiting for my months paid vacation in spring to assemble.

The compound set-up could be achieved 3 times over with my monthly income, as most of it I could fabricate myself, and im not bringing up my income, you did.

Id rather bulk up my sons college fund than have an 8 second car in my garage that I get to use once a month, but thats me...

Im content with my car at the 450whp I want to reach. Honestly I only put maybe 600 miles a year on it.

So back to the first point I made,

This whole thread is useless...I cant even state that or I get a tonque lashing by someone who doesn't know ANYTHING about me and frankly I really could care less what you have to say, I dont know, you wouldn't like me If you ever met me. So just take what I say as my own opinion and instead of assuming things about my life, Live yours.

I think you just proved everything he was saying. Must be a nice fantasy world that you live in, but if your monthly salary could build a compound setup 3 times over, you wouldn't be playing with 12+ year old cars still.
