ECU pin 26 Ground??

Ok so i recently swapped a new EPROM ECU into my car and i noticed that pin 26 (

)is not connected.. The wire is just cut. It is a ground wire.. My car starts up and runs ok and all electrical things seem to work ok. so I'm just wondering would anything happen if this ground wire is not connected. I'm going to ground it when i get a chance but I'm just wondering would there be any effects if i dont. thanks

Pin 13 and 26 are connected together on the ECU board just like 12 and 25 are.

Pin 26 being cut isn't going to make a world of difference unless something happens to pin 13.
