Seeing is how this seems to be a popular question around the site I figured I would do a diagram for both the 1g and 2g DSMer's. This write-up will show you how to wire in your UEGO o2 sensor in place of an OEM o2 sensor to allow you to log it in ECMLink V3.
The AEM UEGO has (4) wires coming out of the small connector, these are the wires you need to worry about since the other harness plugs directly in the back of the WB o2 sensor itself. Something to consider, before you follow the below wiring instructions, only use the WHITE wire if you plan on logging your UEGO in ECMLink V3. If you aren't ready to hook it up in ECMLink V3 DO NOT cut your o2 sensor wiring going into the ECU, you'll just use the RED and BLACK wires.

Wired into a 1g
Since 1g's only have one o2 sensor after doing this install your going to have to set up ECMLink V3 and use the narrowband simulation feature.
RED wire to a 12v ignition power source
BLACK wire to a chassis ground
WHITE wire gets wired into ECU's pin #4 which is WHITE
****NOTE: When you wire it in you need to ENSURE you cut the WHITE wiring going into pin 4 and connect the WB's WHITE wire to the ECU's connector side.****
BLUE wire is unused, zip-tie it off out of the way
Heres the 1g ECU pin out thanks to ECMLink --->1g ECU pin out

Wired into a 2g
Us 2g's have the option of logging out of either the front or rear o2 sensor, one isn't better than the other but each has its own drawbacks.
If you need your catalytic converter for emissions purposes leave the rear o2 sensor and cat alone, use the front o2 sensor location for the WB sensor since its still possible to pass emissions.

FRONT O2: If you decide to use the front o2 sensor further setup is required in ECMLink V3 using the narrow band simulation feature.

BLACK wire to a chassis ground
WHITE wire gets wired into ECU's pin #76 which is WHITE
****NOTE: When you wire it in you need to ENSURE you cut the WHITE wiring going into pin 76 and connect the WB's WHITE wire to the ECU's connector side.****
BLUE wire is unused, zip-tie it off out of the way

REAR O2: The rear o2 sensor can be replaced with your WB's sensor only if you've installed cat delete downpipe or installed a test pipe in place of the catalytic converter.

BLACK wire to a chassis ground
WHITE wire gets wired into ECU's pin #75 which is WHITE
****NOTE: When you wire it in you need to ENSURE you cut the WHITE wiring going into pin 75 and connect the WB's WHITE wire to the ECU's connector side.****

As always, if you have an questions/comments/concerns about ANYTHING feel free to PM me. The last thing I want you doing is hacking up your cars wiring just to find out you did it all wrong.
