- Background
- got the car in early 2018 completely stock, immediately got dsmlink and gauges, then did timing belt/waterpump, and bolt ons then fuelpump afpr and injectors, car is now being painted and 97-99 front end conversion
8/19 Got everything for my AWD swap (I think), cant wait to get started on that. I'll be pulling the engine and doing a refresh/rebuild this winter. The plan was to drive the car as is this whole summer but I'm on a roll and am having a lot of fun working on it and learning as much as I can. So I'll probably be starting the swap earlier even though I only got a couple months to drive it haha
5/20 awd swap is almost done, replaced all bushings in the suspension with poly, awd gastank mounted with wally 450 wired in for e85 next year, stm solid driveshaft carrier bushings, motor is out with fresh timing belt job with gates belts and OEM pulleys/tensioner and water pump, new poly engine mount inserts differential and subframe bushings got volk solid replacements, got some tein coilovers, and all the little things like new drain plugs, breathers for the trans and diff, crush washers for everything like the water lines for my evo3 big 16g, act clutch and flywheel with arp bolts. Should be rolling in a few weeks as I'm only able to work in the garage one night a week replaced a few busted electrical connections with ones from donor car harness, DC rear strut brace
