    4G63 2.0L LONG ROD MOTOR

    - 85.5mm 6-bolt block:
    - Polished but still uncut crank still within spec
    - Main ACL Race Bearings (blueprinted on the loose side of spec) and Thrust Bearing (blueprinted within spec)
    - Rod ACL Race Bearings +0.010 (blueprinted just over the loose side of spec)
    - ARP main bearing stud kit. Once the caps were torqued without the crank in the main's were checked for clearance and eccentricity (blueprinted within spec)
    - Manley Platinum Series Pistons 85.5mm 8.5:1 "long rod" type with 22mm wrist pin and Tool Steel pin upgrade
    - Rings were gapped according to Manley data sheet for +30psi range (which is pretty loose but thats what they suggested soooo)
    - Manley Turbo Tuff I-Beam 6-Bolt Long Rod Connecting Rods with 22mm wrist pin
    - Gates water pump
    - New OEM Mitsu Timing belt

    - 6-Bolt Head:
    - Polished the combustion chamber as well as all the ports
    - Kiggly High Pressure Beehive Valve Springs with Titanium Retainers. Properly shimmed for correct spring installed height and a seat pressure of 97.4lbs +-0.51lbs or a boost limit of 44.5 psig
    - Supertech Black Nitrided Int/Exh Valves STD (Valve installed heights blueprinted within spec)
    - All seats were recut for a seat width of 0.9mm for int and 1.2mm for ex. Passed both methods of "hydro" testing. 24 hr wait time- no leaks. Used solvent to double check....also no leaks.
    - Supertech valve guides. Guides installed to spec height, resized first with a hardened ball to just too tight, and then a ball hone was used to get the proper finish/crosshatch as well as opening up the ID (blueprinted within spec)
    - Fidanza Cam Gears at 0*/0*
    - Stock Cams (i know i know....i'm waiting till its broken in more)

    - Cyclone Intake Manifold: Freshly rebuilt with new gaskets and shaft seals all around. Tested to 35 psi so far....no leaks. Also port matched.
    - DSMLink controlled Cyclone solenoid with activation at 4100 RPM
    - Port matched 2G Exhaust Manifold.
    - 1G NA 60mm throttle body: Freshly rebuilt with new gaskets and shaft seals all around. Tested to 35 psi so far....no leaks. Also port matched.
    - Custom 2.5" TB elbow port matched to throttle body

    - New NGK spark plugs and wires. "7" plugs gapped to 28
    - Tested all igntion components: within spec
