- I traded my 02 wrx for this car. Unfortunately for the guy that had it said the previous owners snapped the timing belt, but didn't bend valves. Well the guy I traded had a mechanic verify the valves were indeed bent. He has a rusted wrx that he wanted to transplant everything over to a clean one. That's where I posted "looking for an eclipse to trade" he messaged me and said he lives an hour away. I hooked up the trailer and picked her up. She's got rust but not terribly bad. It definitely smells bad so it's going to get the full cleanse job. I'll be building it for drag events eventually.
