I bought this car after writing off my 1990 RS Laser (Turbo FWD) after a long night at the peelers. My dad and I (now deceased) have some history with it, the sentimental value is huge.
I paid 6K in 2007 for a complete engine rebuild (North American Engines) and within a year, my battery fused to the hood and it would stall out. I had no time or money (had just bought a house so priorities...) and parked it taking transit to work.
Now I'm back in the game after this thing has sat covered in my carport for 8 years. I've got a little more time and a little more money and want go get it back to its former glory.
